Christmas time is upon us and there's just something magical about this time of year that takes us back to when we were little.
One of my favorite things has always been to have everyone gathered together to make Christmas Cookies.
We made many different types of cookies to share with friends and family to celebrate the holidays. It's one of my favorite memories and one I try to recreate every year.
This year, I wanted to share some beloved cookie recipes with you so you could build your own memories by spending quality time together as a family

Author Susanne B. Myers, known as the Hillbilly Housewife, as compiled a collection of Christmas cookie recipes that should make anyone's holiday merry. No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Drops (To me this recipes sounds like Fudge Drops a cookie favorite eaten year-round)

Great recipes. My grandchildren and I enjoyed using during the holidays.
I HAVE SEVERAL OF THE HB HOUSEWIFE COLLECTIONS. I HAVEN'T USED THIS ONE YET SEEING THAT IT NOT CHRISTMAS YET, BUT I PLAN TOO.
I loved this book! It is a real lifesaver during the holidays! Couldn't have made it through without it!

I think this is one of Hillbilly Housewife's best books yet. The cookies that I haven't made yet sound great and the ones I have made are easy and well-liked (and they don't last long enough!).
I have really been getting back into the convenience of baking cookies and knowing there is a quick snack available for my husband. It is also easier to keep track of how many carbs he is getting with cookies rather than cake or pie " he slices himself."
A great cookbook for use during the holiday season. It is always fun if one likes to bake to try new recipes. The Hillbilly Housewife does an excellent job with her cooking, shopping, and frugal ideas website.
